Club Voyages is an award-winning independent luxury travel agency specialising in creating tailor-made holidays for discerning travellers. We're looking for someone at the beginning of their career who shares our passion for travel and wants to develop into an exceptional travel consultant.

Previous travel agency experience isn't essential. We're looking for the right person, and we'll provide the training.

 

The Role

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you'll help clients plan and book tailor-made holidays while delivering the exceptional level of service that Club Voyages is known for.

No two days are the same. You'll spend your time speaking with clients, researching destinations, building bespoke itineraries, communicating with suppliers, and ensuring every booking runs smoothly from enquiry through to departure.

As you develop, you'll become confident recommending destinations all over the world and creating holidays that exceed clients' expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into the Leicester shop and provide a warm, professional service.

• Understand clients' needs through thoughtful conversations and detailed questioning.

• Research destinations, hotels and experiences.

• Create inspiring, tailor-made holiday itineraries.

• Prepare quotations and travel proposals.

• Manage bookings accurately from enquiry through to travel.

• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.

• Liaise with tour operators, airlines and hotel partners.

• Assist with marketing activities, including social media, newsletters and travel content.

• Help maintain the high presentation standards of the showroom.

Desirable (but not essential)

• Travel & Tourism qualification.

• Experience in customer service or retail.

• An interest in social media and content creation.

• Personal travel experience.
